We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Strictly No Returns based on personal preference or change of mind. [next]
03. Damaged Products
In the rare case of receiving a damaged product, you must provide a clear unboxing video as proof. NO UNBOXING VIDEO = NO REPLACEMENT. [next]
04. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Once the order is processed or dispatched, NO CANCELLATION is allowed. [next]
05. Shipping Fees
Any shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are NON-REFUNDABLE and will not be included in any replacement claims. [next]
