01. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to Esaimart. By accessing our website and purchasing our natural care products, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately. These terms apply to all visitors and customers.
02. Product Accuracy
We strive to display our coconut-based scrubbers and natural products as accurately as possible. However, since our products are handmade and natural, slight variations in color, texture, and size are normal and part of their unique character.
03. Pricing & Payments
All prices listed on Esaimart are in INR (Indian Rupees). We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Your order will only be dispatched once payment is confirmed.
04. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to process orders within 24-48 hours. Delivery timelines depend on your location in India. While we strive for timely delivery, Esaimart is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
05. Returns & Refunds
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our eco-friendly scrubbers, we do not accept returns once the product is used. However, if you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof to initiate a replacement.
06. Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it. Once the order is packed or dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted. Refund for cancelled orders will be processed back to your original payment method.
07. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including logos (Esaimart), images, product descriptions, and site design, is the property of Mariselvam (Founder) and is protected by Indian copyright laws. Reproduction without permission is strictly prohibited.
08. Limitation of Liability
Esaimart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. Our products are intended for external cleaning purposes only.
09. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account details and for all activities that occur under their account. Providing false information may lead to account termination.
